The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-3 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.

It takes at least 10-15 business days for a package to arrive to US, about 6-10 to Europe, 14-20 days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 3-4 weeks.

Because of the unpredictability of customs and the backlog of imported items into
countries, INTERNATIONAL packages CANNOT BE GUARANTEED by a certain date. For international orders, once the ordered item has left Bulgaria, we can’t guarantee delivery. This is subject to your local post office.

We're not resposible for damages during shipping. Please, when you receive the parcel visibly damaged, or even not, look carefully in detail and make a claim with the carrier if the item is damaged.

Please, double check shipping address and your spelling of inscription details, as I am not responsible for mistakes in inscriptions given by the buyer, such as spelling errors and wrong shipping address.

Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If the order has been entered with an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for additional postage required for us to resend it.

The buyer is also responsible for postage to resend packages that have been returned to us for any other reason.

Anything returned to me or lost due to an incorrect address or due to being unclaimed / unsuccessful attempts for delivery will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer or a refund less shipping charges once I receive the items back in the original condition.
